Certified in Longevity and Healthspan Foundations
Designed for medical assistants (MA), LVNs, RNs, registered dietitians, allied healthcare professionals, health coaches, and international medical graduates seeking foundational training in longevity medicine, metabolic health, lifestyle physiology, and healthspan optimization.
Graduates receive the CLHF certification and may progress to Level II after gaining field or clinical experience.

Upon successful completion of this course, participants will receive 80 hours of Type II Continuing Education (CE) credit for nurses. Documentation of completion will be provided upon fulfillment of all course requirements.
Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider #15015, for 80 Contact Hours.
Certified Executive Longevity Coach
Designed for CLHF graduates with at least one year of field or clinical experience, as well as nurse practitioners (NP) and physician assistants (PA) entering directly into advanced longevity coaching education. Focuses on biomarker interpretation, executive health, longitudinal coaching systems, recovery physiology, and data-directed lifestyle intervention.
Graduates receive the CELC certification.

Advanced Medical Health Practitioner
Designed exclusively for licensed medical providers, including nurse practitioners and physicians (MD/DO), focused on advanced clinical application of longevity medicine, diagnostics, precision intervention strategies, and longitudinal patient management.
NPs and PAs are expected to complete Level II prior to entering Level III. Physicians may enter directly into Level III. Graduates receive the AMHP certification.

Sandra Petersen
Triple board-certified as a Family, Geriatric, and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and a Fellow of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She founded both the Doctor of Nursing Practice and the PMHNP programs at UT Tyler, and her research on non-pharmacological dementia interventions has appeared in the Journal of Alzheimer’s Disease.

Ashok Kadambi
